Now this is a strange one! The dual trumpet is... Well, it's two trumpets put together! And the chance to find one in the real world is pretty small. If I remember correctly, there are only five of these in the world. I could be wrong,but I know atleast there's one quite close to where I live, in Gothemburg. It's pretty cool, but it does get clogged up sometimes. Let's hope it preformes better in-game than in the real world.
2.0 UPDATE - Certainly not as compact as before, but no major re-designing has been done here!

+ Only two bridges, making it easier to plop down on rough terrain
+ Quite compact, when compared to other interchanges with simlar capacity
Disadvantages:
- The two 270-degree ramps does slow down traffic quite a bit.
- Difficult to retro-fit and rebuild
