fixes three bugs in Russian version 3.6:
- print %ADJECTIVE% in events (fixed in 3.6.1)
- mixed orihalc with exotic gas in trading stations (Leviathans)
- the name of the Megashipyard Site was confused with the Center for Strategic Coordination (Federation)
