Standalone submod/patch for UI Overhaul Dynamic, that includes Complete Colors.
Can probably be used alone and with other UI mods, albeit with some funky UI misalignments, as this also has the increased window sizes that UI Overhaul Dynamic uses.
DOES NOT REQUIRE THE NORMAL COMPLETE COLORS MOD!
